As you continue on your water diet, you will want to add 6 small meals a day to promote a higher metabolism.
An easier way to be sure to consume your 8 glasses of water per day is to have a glass of water before each meal, your distilled water in the morning, and another glass before you go to bed.
Exercise and stay hydrated. Most nutritionists recommend at least 2 liters of water a day, but a urologist will probably recommend 4 liters of water per day.
